Your descriptions and examples hit very close to home. Not giving up, but taking a break, to return again when the eyes are willing to see and the ears are willing to hear, so to speak.

PS: I wasn't aware of WTNT on Spotify, I'll give that a try but will probably comment here.

Thanks John! So glad you popped in. Yeah, I don't check Spotify or iTunes for comments (I don't even know if you can comment there). I also linked Walking the Psalms to Spotify and iTunes as well. Some people like that because they can listen easier with their subscriptions, etc. It has been worth it... though you may only see a like or two on substack, the downloads of WTNT are getting close to 1000 since it began. I don't know who's listening, but someone is. Ha. And that's what matters. As you know, I don't do this for kudos (though that "like" means the world to me because we don't get much of that), or money. I do it because I believe it's what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm still finding my "niche" for WTNT. It is much more difficult than WTP for sure. It is forcing me to look at these chapters in more depth than I have in the past (which is a good thing). Anyway, thanks again for your support. It means a lot.

Some of the things you said remind me of denying Jesus is denying ourselves. If people would just open themselves up long enough to let him into their lives, they would be forever changed and would embrace him, rather than deny him.
