Today we’ll take a look at the end of Jesus’ sermon on the mount. I plan to talk a bit about judging others, treating others the way we want to be treated (and how Jesus said that when we do this, we are fulfilling “the law”), and finally, how simple it is to be a Christian if we will study the Sermon on the Mount and do our best to put the wisdom of this sermon into practice.
“You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” vs 5
“So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” vs 12
“But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.” vs 26
