Greetings! Thank you for checking out another episode of Walking the New Testament. This week, we are going to discuss the difficulties of being an ambassador of Christ in a fallen world. We’re all called to be witnesses of the truth. This doesn’t necessarily mean we are standing on a corner holding a sign that says “the end is near.” Sometimes, it also means living our lives in a way that points people to the truth. And, guess what? We will be hated for it.

“If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet. Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.” vs 14-15 NIV
“Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another.” vs 21-23 NIV
