New Clothes

Matthew 9

Greetings! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Today we will chat a bit about how Jesus was an expert at putting the Pharisees and “Religious” leaders of his time in their place.

But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” vs 13

“No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.” vs 16-17
